Older Devices
If you are using an older mobile device such as iPhone 4, some functionality of FuelCheck may not be supported.
Location Services
Location Services allow FuelCheck to use information from cellular, Wi-Fi, and Global Positioning System (GPS) networks to determine your approximate location. To use features such as finding your nearest service station, or your current distance from a particular service station, you must enable Location Services on your device and browser to give permission to FuelCheck before it can use your location data.

Price discrepancy
If you see a difference in price between FuelCheck and the pump, you should first alert the service station operator. If this fails to resolve the issue, or if you are not satisfied with the operator’s response, you can lodge a complaint with NSW Fair Trading.
Report discrepancy via FuelCheck
To lodge a price discrepancy complaint directly through FuelCheck, you’ll need to do so while still at the service station.
- Tap on the relevant station in map view or list view.
- Tap 'Report Price Mismatch'.
- The service station detail will automatically add to the form.
- Attach evidence of the price discrepancy (photo of the service station signage or bowser display screen, or a receipt showing price paid).
- Tap 'Submit'.
Fuel type not listed
FuelCheck will display all types of fuel that are currently available for purchase. If a particular service station is not displaying a type of fuel this could be because they don’t supply that fuel or it is temporarily out of stock.
